I am an integrative counsellor based in Orpington, Chislehurst, Bickley and wider Bromley. Life can feel hard, and sometimes, we feel guilty for feeling that life is hard and that there are always other people worse off than we are.  All people's problems and difficulties are extremely unique and personal to them and I am passionate about helping people to understand why they think and feel the way they do.  This enlightenment can help people to lead a life more at peace.
